It all started with our flavor Orange Zing. Butter cake is already delicious in it's original state; with it's gooey texture and vanilla flavor. But Chef Tommy wanted to tweak it a bit by adding a simple yet complex ingredient: orange zest. It was all history from there!


We began taking our butter cake to family gatherings as our potluck item.  We knew it was a hit when the pan would show up full and leave empty. We then decided to take the next step and started selling our butter cake at the Puyallup Farmer's Market where it was a hit! 


 Our butter cake started out like most recipes: Trial & error, development, and finally a finished product we can be happy with. We now have 5 flavors and rotate a seasonal flavor based on fresh ingredients we have available in beautiful Puyallup, WA.
